Chris, the owner, and Austin came by, took a look, and got me a quote for a repair, a basic replacement, and a deluxe replacement. "Bellknap gave me such a really good price and the warranty on the product was good as well. I was happy with the type of furnace. I think the guy who installed the furnace did a good job but he could have used a helper as they didn't allow him to have more time to do the work. The owner himself came out and sealed any of the leaks that weren't quite sealed and did a good job. It made me feels good that he's really hands on. On April, I got a call from their office, left a message and wants to have a follow up. Over the winter, I had the time to read the manual and I had some questions about it then I tried several times to contact the guy but never received a call back."
