"We replaced our entire AC system with a Trane unit and added air purifiers and a water conditioner/purifier for the whole house. The work is not yet completed but so far the entire experience has been excellent from the first meeting. The office personnel are efficient and courteous, the technicians (eight thus far) are competent and hard-working such that they finish on time or early. Every question and concern we have had is addressed quickly and the technicians are not only sharp but have enjoyable humor and personalities, admirable qualities for guys working hard in outdoor temperatures over 100 and who knows what it was in the attic. After each job was performed the area was cleaned up to the extent one would hardly know they were there. Thank you TempCon."

"I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy and do a professional job. Thank You Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo and all the office staff that assisted in keeping me comfortable in my home."

"They where on time and professional. They did A Walk Thru with me to let me know were everything was going to be Installed and ask If I had any questions . At that time I didn't. They also did a Walk Thru with me after it was all done to make sure I was comfortable with the work and asked me if I had any questions, Which I did ..... how do I work the new thermostat and they took the time to show me how to use it and make sure I was comfortable with the new system and thermostat before they left. "As a member of their maintenance club, I get a spring and fall maintenance visit included. Just had Neal from Trusted Heating and Cooling out to do the fall visit. He was very thorough, cleaned and tuned everything up, and in addition, explained to me how the whole system worked, and what all those pipes and wires do, exactly. (Who knew there's a little light that blinks out a code if something is wrong?) Very happy with the service.

He notified me that night about the cost of the replacement parts and length of shipping. He then contacted me when my computer was fixed. He delivered it to my house.
