"Joe is great - showed up on time every day, was efficient and informative. He completed a re-pipe of our entire house, from polybutylene to PEX piping. Pricing was spot on from estimate and job was completed on time. He replaced and repaired all drywall that he had to cut open also. He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". Joe shrugged it off like no big deal, but it was a big deal to us and we have commented on it a number of times since he left :) We will definitely hire Joe again for any future plumbing/repair needs and are very glad to have found him as a service provider."

Replaced the original kitchen faucet from 1985 MOEN had to do a little extra work as well like install a new shut off valve since that was all rusted and corroded did everything for less than I expected. "When I called him and explained the problem, He explained some of the possible causes over the phone and gave me a rough estimate of each option. He explained to me how to determine the age of the water heater by the serial number and we found that it was well past its lifetime.I scheduled a time for Jorge to replace the water heater. <br /> <br /> He called an hour before showing up and was prompt. He explained the process as I watched and was very informative. He also gave me advice and tips on maintaining the new water heater and how to set the thermostats. <br /> <br /> I have asked to plan a further appointment to have him fix the faucets around the outside of the house.
