"The Sales man was very helpful and gave me a fair list of options for what I wanted. He responded quickly to my follow up questions and gave me an exact quote. (The Final cost was 30% cheaper than the average of seven local contractors I had bids from).
It did take a few weeks (3) for them to start. Once the workers finally got here they worked straight through labor day weekend and did very good work. They kept the work area picked up. There were a few leaking issues when the gutters were first installed but they came back out and corrected the problem. The house looks great. There were a few scheduling and communications issues but dealing with them was well worth the price I paid, the quality of the work, and the attitude of the employees.
I spent a lot of time shoopping the competition and I really don't think you can find a more competitive price unless you want to sacrifice quality.
