"I needed a hot water heater replacement Brian called back gave me a great quote. Showed up with a new better quality than expected Hot Water Heater within 1 hour. Within 2 hours the he replaced the old one educated me about the equipment the required maintenance and I had hot water! Very kind professional and knowledgeable! "Guys came out and installed the part that we were told (by the manufacturer of the WH) would fix the problem and get our water heater working again. It did not work- the pilot would not stay lit even with the new part installed. This was the second plumber we paid for repairs that did not fix the problem. Their estimate for a replacement water heater was more than we could afford, so we did not hire them for that job."

"I was referred to this company from Angie's List. When I called to make an appointment, I was greeted nicely and the appointment date & time was much sooner than expected. Carlo was the technician that came to swap out the rod in my hot water heater. He was professional, courteous, and finished the service quickly. I plan to use Service Experts in the future if I have another issue. I was pleased with the price and the service I received."

"Quick to contact me and came the next day. A leaky kitchen faucet (hose under sink) was first diagnosed as just needing a new rubber washer, but in the end turned into having to get a whole new faucet. I took his word for it, and the new faucet works wonderfully, but I still hate the feeling that it could have been a simpler (cheaper) fix."
