"I called Blue Orca Appliance Repair because my LG gas dryer was not heating. Artem, the technician, arrived on time as promised. He explained that he would look at my dryer and then diagnose the problem. After determining what the problem was he quoted me the price for labor and parts. He replaced my faulty thermostats and completely vacuumed and cleaned out the interior of the dryer before re-installing the drum and putting everything back together. He told me to call if there were any issues with the repair. Artem was very polite and competent and did not leave any messes . After various loads of laundry, the dryer is working great. Upon cutting open the affected water damaged drywall, he discovered a remaining pinhole leak in a drainage pipe from the upstairs bathroom previously repaired by a plumber...or so we thought. He quickly repaired the leak, replaced the drywall section, taped, and textured the wall to match the surrounding surfaces. Upon completion, he thoroughly cleaned the area.
