He explained the proposed work in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. Envision started the job on time and finished on time. The crew was courteous and professional, always cleaning up at the end of each day. They moved furniture when necessary, disconnected and reconnected electrical and electronic appliances.

Jason responded quickly to any questions and concerns we might have had during the job and any issues were quickly resolved. He readily provided contacts for questions that he didn't have the answers for.

"Rent-a-Pro team member Miguel arrived promptly both days and did a very thorough job. He explained what he discovered while working, including some unexpected rotted wood which will need future replacement. He also very fortunately discovered a previously unrecognized section of rake board on the opposite side of the house that needed sand-seal-paint like the areas that were already planned. The painting work was crisp and appears very clean and uniform. Cleanup could have been slightly better, with a few small amounts of chipped off paint/wood that had to be picked up off the driveway, but not very much or very visible."

The quality was great. They are very careful workers. The finish was very impressive. The work included clearing the space, building the foundation and cement floor, constructing the garage, and building a cement driveway."

"They do just about everything. What they can't do, they can arrange for a subcontractor to do. They do basic maintenance, everything from cleaning out gutters to cleaning out a chimney stuck with dead birds. They repaint walls and do new plumbing. Generally their prices have been very reasonable. I haven't gotten the bill for the last job. They are consistent and they have been flexible. They do the job once and they get it right. One time they had to come back but it wasn't even their responsibility. They are good."
