We chose your company based on a friend's recommendation, and you were the final company we contacted for an estimate. We were immediately impressed with your salesperson and decided to move forward with the project. While we were initially told the job would be done quickly, we NOW understand that cast iron pipe replacement is a significant undertaking. There were some miscommunications along the way, with different employees providing conflicting information. However, Tiffany and Taylor were both very helpful, especially Taylor who answered all of my many emails. Fred, the Service Manager, also came to our home to address our concerns and explain the process, which we appreciated very much. Ultimately, we are satisfied with the work that Erica's Plumbing performed. Replacing cast iron pipes is not a small job, and it did take some time.
