"Due to a repair in our home the gas was turned off and as a result the pilot lights in our fireplaces were affected. I called Dave the day before Christmas Eve when I realized we didn't know how to relight the pilots. We were going to be entertaining and wanted to use our fireplaces over the holiday. Dave graciously agreed to come to my home early Christmas Eve morning to show us how to relight our pilots. He was on time, courteous and only charged $40. We really appreciated him taking the time for a "non-emergency" on a holiday to make our holiday more enjoyable. We will definitely call Dave in the future.
