They worked with me to decide what to buy for our needs and what the cost would be. We were able to work out a reasonable price that fit my budget. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. He was clean, courteous, and thorough in his evaluation and in his explanation to me about what happened. He also showed me how I can clear the pipe myself should it back up again to save me the cost of another house visit.
When this drain had clogged before, another company had cleared the pipe for almost $200 and tried to scare me into buying their semi-annual tune-up package because, as their tech said, and quot;this will definitely happen again.and quot; Hurm cleared the pipe for less than $100 and, when I asked if they had a semi-annual service I could buy, the tech said, and quot;you don't need to waste your money. Your system is in excellent condition. Just call us for an annual check-up each spring and you'll be fine.and quot;

The combination of UV light and Carbon Filtration has made our house “Hypo Allergen protected”. Since our house was subject to a very bad mold situation 9 years ago .... I’ve never totally felt comfortable.... Bottom Line - Eric came into our house and was a total gentlemen. He seems to know his Stuff very well. "When 3 other companies looked at my AC unit they told me it needs to be replaced. The cost of repairing it would be just about the same because my unit uses R22 freon AC tech's refer to it as liquid gold. Mike came out and said it's getting close to needing replacement but not today with a simple fix. I asked about the R22 cost and he explained it to me that some companies just take advantage of it to sell you a new system. Mike repaired my AC for $3000.00 dollars less then my other lowest quote.
