"PerfecTemp handled the warranty work on my Hayward Pool Heater. They were patient with my wife and I to make the decision to move forward as labor costs were a bit of an issue - once we decided to move forward (otherwise why have a heater right?) they were quick to show up with the new heat exchanger and installation. We had one hiccup with the installation, and regardless of timing, the company stood behind its work and addressed our problem immediately and to my satisfaction. Every exchange cannot be seamless, and you learn a lot about a company they way they handle bumps in the road - Sean and Perfect Temp handled our bumps like true professionals. I would highly recommend and I believe they are the only company that installs and warranties Hayward products. Move forward with confidence."

"Andrew and Kevin are great representatives of the company. They sold me and installed the pool heater flawlessly They answered all my questions and went into detail with servicing The AquaCal heater."

"I found them to be very professional on the phone and followed up with a detailed email 0f the work to be done. I haven't had a call or follow up from them . The salesman had told me after heater was installed and found to be working as promised we would settle up with the money. However when the installer came he said he had to have the full amount before he would start the work. He did the install and made sure it worked before he left and I haven't heard from the company since."

"My pool was green, They came in and have made it crystal clean. They are professional and really helpful."

"Very prompt response. Outstanding personalized service. Great diagnosis of a pool heater that was working sporadically, and referral to a company that was better equipped to do the electrical repair. Very honest. Highly recommend."

"Kevin came out to give us an estimate on a new pool heater installation. He was really nice and answered my questions. Since this is our first time owning a pool. We had our new heater installed yesterday, which was quicker than I thought it was going to be done. The gentleman that came out to install the heater was also very nice and informative. He went out of his way to answer more questions. So far the unit is working great. I am definitely using them again and recommend their services."

"Extremely professional and personable. Service was done professionally and clean."

"It was fine. They were okay. The communication was challenging, it was touch and go. The service I guess was okay, it was fine. You really can't schedule too far in advance. It kind of a short notice, they kind of canceled appointments on me. The guy didn't show because he had personal reasons, but not actually call to let me know, I had to call."

"Everything that was within the power of Adam's air went incredibly well.  They were able to come out to diagnose the problem the same day I called and had the replacement part ordered that day.  When the part delivery took longer than expected they sent a technician to another part supplier to pick up the part (even though they still had the other one on order) and deliver it to my house (probably an extra 2hr of time that I was not charged for).  The team at Adam's air expended a lot of effort to repair my pool heater and get it in safe working condition when other companies would have simply said it needed to be replaced (which would have made them a lot more money).  After two defective parts from the (unrelated) supplier we finally got a working one and Adams air had we on my way.  Despite the extra time (I think they must have spent close to 20 man hours cleaning my neglected heater and making sure it was safe) they came in on budget and only a day late.

Highly recommended I will not use anyone else for my heating, AC, or Pool heating needs."
