Get matched with top swamp cooler service or repairers in Palmdale, CA

"I called and they sent someone out the next day. They were prompt and efficient and most of all the swamp cooler was repaired. The price they charged was excellent. I also signed up for a maintenance contract based on how well they took care of this problem. There are not a lot of places left who service swamp coolers so this was a good find. I have already recommended them to my sister for service on the air conditioning system in her home."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The AC and heating system needed replacement. Pros: Everyone was professional and punctual. The technicians were knowledgeable. Installing was seem less in 1 day and it works great. Con: I did not know a very nice person would be walking through the personal spaces of the house like bedrooms to check the vents. A heads up the day before to straighten up would be nice. The contract and documents required an attorney to write. It is not possible for a layperson to read massive amounts of information in small font on the work computer tablet. A hard copy at least 12 font would be helpful to allow consumers to understand when large sums of money are spent. A copy is emailed but that is closing the barn door after the horse is out. To finance or not? I started to finance but have decided to pay off the $25,841 for AC/Heating unit, roof installation, grounding, warranty and be done with it. It is a lot of money. I don’t want to pay 9 percent interest to finance."

"Cleaned and set up my swamp cooler for the season. Friendly, professional, didn't make me wait."

"The technician knew what he was doing servicing my old swamp cooler! He took care to show and explain what he was doing. I'll use him again!"

"From beginning to end, The Right Choice Heating and Air Conditioning Co. provided superior quality customer service and onsite work. From scheduling, to multiple follow-ups and reminders, re-confirming exact appointment time, and the post-inspection follow-up, they have truly impressed us. More importantly, Michael Taib, the technician who performed the work at our home, was indeed a true gentleman and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I am familiar with the type of HVAC related work requirements, the lingo, and technician data. I quizzed him several times and he constantly responded with 100% honest and factual answers. He tirelessly worked on both of our HVAC units and performed the necessary services and repair. He was polite, courteous and clean. His most impressive talent was ensuring my wife's absolute confidence in his work after she grilled him with so many questions! We will continue to refer True Choice to all our friend and family! Call them; you will not be disappointed."

"This is part two of a review for NRG Heating and Air Conditioning. The first evaluation was written as a complaint for a job completed but one that did not follow the all of the stipulations of the contract. This review is written to thank the individuals from NRG who took the first evaluation to heart and then dispatched a team to fix the areas of concern. I am delighted to report that the work completed today was done per the contract. Not only was the barrier wall built between the two condo units as originally promised, the attic was insulated with the additional blown in material, the old attic door sealed and caulked, pictures taken, and the area left clean and tidy. I am most grateful to the general manager, the quality control manager, as well as the insulators who made sure the job was finished per the original contract. NRG should be recognized as a company that not only took the time to read a customer service review but then acted, in a timely manner, to resolve the issues addressed in the complaint. I am most grateful for NRG's time and willingness to take responsibility for and to complete a job as promised. Thank you!"
