"The young man sent to provide service was friendly and accommodating. But the solution he proposed for our leak problems was to replace the whole units, on the grounds that they were pretty old anyway. He was not interested in diagnosing the precise problem. We ended up getting new faucets for two bathroom sinks, and he installed them. He did a good job and we are happy with the work. He cleaned the shower head and it seems to be leaking less. He replaced the flush mechanism on our toilet, but it leaked worse than ever. When he came back, he said that the problem turned out not to have been the mechanism, but the seal at the bottom of the tank. He did ultimately solve the problem by working on the seal so it fit better. It would have been good if that had been identified as the problem in the first place so we wouldn't have had to buy a new flush mechanism."
