"Jimmy was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was well outside my 4 hour appointment time when he arrived, but because dispatch called and said he was running behind and I said ok, I guess that **on time or you do not pay a dime** does not count. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken thermostat wire outside. I opted to have him pigtail wire to get it working. He spliced less than two feet of wire outside from where it exits the house to the outside unit. No wires were pulled from the inside unit to the outside. He called it a **rewire**and I was charged $635. Less than 2 feet of wire spliced for $635. Jimmy did offer to roll the charge into a new system if I opted to have the system replaced. Way to hold that over a customer head! While I may need a new system and will likely get a new system, it will not be from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating because they charged me $635 for splicing 2 feet of thermostat wire. The entire time Jimmy was there he was pushing hard on a new system. Telling me how old the system was and how it was in such rough shape. That may be true and I will take that into consideration, with another company."

"After speaking with the broker I was left thinking the vehicle would be delivered in FL in about 3 days or so which is how long it takes me to drive. It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations. The driver was very careful with the car and very courteous."

"Neligan's crew came to my home just before hurricane Ian passed by northeastern Florida. They told me that they would remove my old roof and totally replace it BEFORE the hurricane could do any damage. They started working on Monday morning and by that evening the roof was completely replaced. They removed the old roof, fixed the damaged decking, re-nailed the entire roof decking to meet Florida's new standards, applied water and ice underlayment, then nailed down the new shingles on the entire roof. This allowed my roof to meet the wind mitigation rules to be eligible for an insurance discount. To make the deadline the crew worked like a well oiled machine with professionalism. They even completely cleaned up the debris and swept for nails around my home. The price for this service was in line with other bids I received from other roofing companies. I HIGHLY recommend Neligans for any work needed on your home."

Once your needs are assessed and how many workers it will take to complete the job he will send an estimate. I have been very satisfied with the prices - the quality of work and the workers. My various jobs averaged about $450 each. The latest for cutting up the hot tub and hauling it off took 2 workers 2 hours for $480."

"We purchased an Angie's List Deal for 4 hours of wood rot repair labor for $200.  <br>Albert called same day to schedule the job. He arrived on the scheduled repair date on time and was very personable. We walked the property and pointed out the problem areas. Unfortunately, Albert indicated he did not have the appropriate equipment on his truck and he would need to reschedule for a later date when he could bring out a taller ladder. Albert was not able to reschedule prior to leaving town for another project and indicated it would be at least a month before he could come back. We did not want to wait and so we cancelled the deal.  <br> <br>I do want to add that Albert was very helpful in providing advice on an area where we had some prior work done. He recommended a product but could not remember the name so he went to Home Depot that day and sent me a picture of the product along with instructions to install.
