"Diego came by to give me an estimate on replacing a 10 year old mini-split AC that was not holding temperature. Instead of the costly replacement, he recommended a recharge and coil replacement, which was done. During the repair, Diego noticed the blower wheel was clogged and thoroughly cleaned it. After the repair and cleaning, the AC worked great during a 90+ degree weekend and is cooling like a new unit. I'm hoping to get another 5 years out of the unit. "Excellent. A fill valve had been shut off for some time. There was insufficient water in the circulation system The Universe technician seeing that the water pressure in the system was too low, opened the valve until the pressure was within normal limits. We thought that the radiators might have to be air bled, but after he left, it turned out that all the radiators were working properly. The cost to me only amounted to the visit service charge and that was far less than a major repair would have cost. Very satisfied!"
