He kept me updated with the process and scheduling of the work. On the day the work was performed, he made sure to lay down drop clothes and kept the whole effort, which was pretty extensive, clean and organized. The water line and hot water heater were replaced and completed in under 4 hours. Upon completion, Vernon's team took the time to properly fill the hole in the yard that needed to be dug up, and retained the original layer of grass that was removed, and placed it back on top. I plan on hiring Hamilton in the future to complete HVAC work on my house. Definitely consider going to Hamilton for any plumbing or HVAC needs, these guys were great!"

"I initially called Shaffer Plumbing and a Plumber came out to assess the situation. We were told that our cold water line was leaking and our old water heater needed to be replaced. The Plumber 1st repaired the leak and replaced valve. As we supplied the water heater the Plumber returned a few days later, installed the new water heater, cleaned up beautifully and removed the old water at no additional charge!!"

"I found standing water around a drain in my basement, a drain I'd never had a problem with before. I first made the mistake of calling Len the Plumber. The guy came in, and I left him standing there, staring at the water when I went to quickly take care of something else. I returned five minutes later to him telling me he needed to jackhammer around the drain and that it would cost at a minimum $1700 or up to $2800. I paid him the $45 "visit" charge and got rid of him, then did what I should have done in the first place. Checked with Angie's list.
The guys from Aqua plumbing came in, were puzzled by the problem, but used a wet vac to clear the water and determined, after asking a bunch of smart and specific questions, that it was probably a freak occurance. "If you've lived here six years and you've never seen this before then keep an eye on it and let us know if it happens again."
With a smile, a handshake and a business card, he left and I'll never call another plumber again. Aqua Plumbing will always get my call.

"Work:   The owner is very professional and informative.  Quality is good.  No complains there.
Price:  The owner is a talker!!!  he tells you how difficult everything is in order to charge you more.  I paid $1375 for what it turns out to be only about 2 hours of work!  He charged me $675 for labor ONLY of installing sink and faucet, that is a ripe off!  BE WARE of the jacked up price he is given you!!  My sink was a drop in sink, with simple installation, and home depot installed my faucet for $100 service call before, so it is definitely not worth $675 just for labor to install those two items.
