"After requesting info from Howell's Appliance Repair one evening, we got a phone call almost immediately. We were able to schedule a consultation for later that week. Come install day, we had a pretty big install in our basement. The team from Howell's showed up on time and installed some new gas pipe/extended an existing end of one in our basement and routed it toward the street to finally give us a working gas dryer. Even though the service was mainly for the gas line work, they were generous in their time and hooked up all the water plugs to the washer as well to make sure we had working facilities when they left. Our Gas had been shut off for a week trying to get resolution with the original installer since we were unde "warranty". Brian had us restored in less than 24 hours from the start of the job. Brian found 10 different leaks at various connection points where the flex had been cut or tightened incorrectly and a crack in one of our old pipes where the former plumber had been working. PGW who stated our former plumber clearly did not know what he was doing, came back out and said that Brian from Union Plumbing had done a great job and was clearly a professional. The Frusco guys arrived on time and after examining the bath drains and under my kitchen sink determined that the vent pipe was clogged up causing the drain system to get no air. Antonio and Larry quickly unclogged the vent and everything drained very rapidly. Had this problem off and on for 2 years but this was first time the problem was correctly fixed.
