"It was great. He was fine. He had a little bit of a problem with the weather. He couldn't finish it all in one day, but he came back. He couldn't come back the next day, but he even came on a Sunday and went ahead to fix it and it has been working fine. I paid the deal and then they charged me another $150 because there was a really rusty part of the heater and he showed me that, and it needed to be replaced. He basically put in a whole new system. I thought he was good. I thought it was a good price because I got the materials as well and he put the humidifier in, and he put the vapor in. He was great especially when he came on a Sunday. He was very punctual. He wanted to get the job done over the weekend so he did that. His responsiveness was good. As soon as I put the thing in, he got back to me and he told me he was coming over on one of the dates I have checked, and he was here. His professionalism was very good. He communicated everything to me, he actually showed me every part, and took it apart. When he was taking the heater and he had to put the new humidifier, he showed me the rust that was in there. When he took the piece out, I could see that it was really not functional anymore."

We moved into an old townhouse a year ago and had been wanting to have the air ducts cleaned.  However, due to other urgent projects we had to postpone it until March 8 this year.  I'd been looking forward to having Joel and his team come and do the job because of all the good reviews and they sure did not disappoint!  I have to say they are by far the best contractor we've had since we moved into this place (and we've had quite a number of contractors!).  
First of all, Joel is the nicest person I've ever met.  He is just such a warm person, responsive, attentive, polite and explains everything to you. 
Second, he is the most hard-working person and just has a passion in what he is doing.  They came to the house around 7am and worked until 4pm non-stop.  Most service providers only spend a couple of hours on a project like this but they spent almost the whole day.  They definitely do not cut corners and did a really thorough job at cleaning all the ducts.  At the end of the day, I felt I could breathe again.  The whole house felt thoroughly cleansed.  Joel showed us the video of the vacccuming and we could not believe how much dust had accumulated!  
We would definitely use them again!

"Installation crew called when 30 minutes away (approximately halfway through the service window quoted by Omni).  They arrived on time, were extremely polite and knowledgable.  Initially there were a few concerns from the crew regarding the compatibility of the purchased unit with the limited space I had in my furnace closet, and they ultimately agreed to install a similar unit that fit my HVAC system for the same price (the similar 'upgraded' unit is ~$20 dollars more on Amazon).  Two things pleasantly surprised me by this initial interaction: 1) the crew definitely had the expertise to anticipate and communicate problems before starting the installation process and 2) that they agreed to install the similar unit for the same price.  Both of these show good faith as a company, and as a customer, I will likely use them for my future HVAC needs.
The actual installation took ~120 minutes, and the 2-person crew was courteous and hard working throughout the process.   The crew wore booties to protect my floors. cleaned after themselves when complete, and showed me how to use the humidifier when they were finished.  I'm really satisfied.
