Installation with Marvin was awesome - they were done with two units in one day and what a difference it's made. "I used A Total Plumbing through my Home Warranty.  I had three issues, but only two were covered under my home warranty.  They came and replaced a broken garbage disposal and also tightened a loose shower head that had been leaking and spraying water in all directions.  They were quick and very professional.  I received an estimate for the service that was not covered by the home warranty and will probably get some other quotes before calling them back to perform the service.  It is something that is not vital to be repaired so I may wait until after winter.

"I had an issue start last night on 8/3/26, I was contacted this morning by the office by phone call and asked if I still need service. By 930 or so Aaron showed up. Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. Aaron completed the job of my entire upstairs drains being clogged with a few hours. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. Im happy that I am now back up and running, with multiple people in my home it was crucial to have the bathrooms back up and running. Thanks Aaron you made me feel at ease about allowing you into my home to help fix this issue."

"David came out to inspect our app. eighteen year old natural gas furnace. Upon startup it was apparent that our heat exchanger (that had been a cause for concern before) had cracked. He explained that the system was not safe, explained that the cost to replace the exchanger was prohibitive (something that we had been told by other contractors) and provided a quote for a new furnace. He waived the service fee for the inspection, explaining that he offers free quotes and that that was really what this visit came down to. His quote was more than competitive, he didn't try to up-sell me on more than what we needed (in fact when I asked about additional features, he explained what would, or would not, be worth the investment), and he was able to install the new system in less than a week. He is friendly and professional and I plan to have him do additional work for us in the future, along with our annual inspection."
