"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Person scheduled to come did not and replacement person found new repairs to be done. I had to haggle on the price since it went up drastically. When he left after repairing the contactor and capacitor and "cleaning" the unit (running a hose over the coils), AC unit froze over and damaged the furnace. Now we have to replace the whole system when the furnace was in good shape."

"I purchased Dust Mite Magic Duct Cleaning service on Aug. 16, 2010.
They scheduled an appointment with me for Aug. 24.  No one showed up or called.  When I called them, it was apparent they had failed to put me on their schedule.
We rescheduled for Aug 31.  No one showed up and no one called.  I called and was told that they did not have me on the schedule but, the person I spoke to was quite apologetic and offered personal excuses for the scheduling problems.  He also told me that his company usually does not service my area but they would honor my purchase through Angie's List.
They  scheduled me one more time and had to cancel the appointment but did call to let me know.
Then they scheduled my home for their service again for Sept. 24th.  This time two guys showed with their equipment.  They were very polite and, as far as I know, did a good job.
They made it a point to have me look several times at all the dust that they were getting out of my house.  At one point early in the work,  a whole lot of dust puffed out of the dining room vent and they had to stop and do something to fix that.  They offered to clean my dryer vent for free but I had recently had the whole thing replaced and it was brand new.
This was the first time I had ever had HVAC venting cleaned in a house so I did not know what to expect or how to tell if the job was done properly.

"The inspection went very well. The technician called to inquire if he could come early and I agreed that would work for me. The technician was very professional and courteous. He found that our system was in good shape and not in need of any repair. We plan on scheduling them to come in the fall to inspect the system before old man winter comes calling. I also noted on their website that they provide duct cleaning services and we plan to schedule Johnston Heating and Cooling to perform that service for us as well."

"MR Storm explained the problem and mention the age of system being 24 years old. He provided 3 options for repair. He did not pressure me into my decision but explained the benefit of each option. I gave him the option best for me and he returned in a timely manner and replaced the system. He was very professional and clean cut and explained the function of the new unit and made sure I was up to date on all safety devices that the unit need for water protection. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends"

"It went fantastic. The painters were extremely professional and made sure everything was protected. The crew that installed the flooring and replaced everything else were amazing. The entire job was done in 4 days. The crew worked til 9:30pm on the final day to make sure everything was completed. It looks like we have a new house. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Not use this provider in the future: 

We mostly likely needed a more detailed cleaning than we got from Air Duct Pro.  Our recent house remodeling did make our vents and returns especially dirty.  We have used other providers over the years, and I know that many of the others do a better job of cleaning the entire system.  We have allergies and symptoms of allergies that duct cleaning does improve.
