"They worked throughout the day paying great attention to detail. Arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning our air vents. We could not believe all they got out of the ductwork including children's toys from at least 20 years ago!! We had some packets put in vents to help my husband's allergies. I even got photos of immaculate vents."

"OUTSTANDING. I HIRED HOME PRO TO INSPECT OUR NEWLY CONSTRUCTED RYAN HOME. THERE WERE NO MAJOR PROBLEMS BUT TOM FOUND THINGS THAT I NEVER WOULD HAVE FOUND. THE ATTACHED SUNROOM NEEDED A VENT ON THE ROOF, HE INSISTED THAT TWO OUTSIDE STEPS HAVE A CONCRETE FOUNDATION BELOW THE FROST LINE, THE EYES FOR THE ELECTRIC GARAGE WERE INSTALLED TOO HIGH, HE ARGUED THAT THE SMALL SPACE WHERE TWO LEVELS OF CONCRETE MET COULD NOT BE BACK-FILLED WITH DIRT (AS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED OTHERWISE). TOM ALSO EPXLAINED IN DETAIL THE MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES FURNACE , WATER HEATER ETC. HE WAS 1/2 HOUR LATE - BUT NOT HIS FAULT ( ACCIDENT ON ROAD)."
