"Great, they were friendly and professional. I also had a crack in my windshield that needed to be replaced, they advised me of a person they use and the cost. No pressure to go with their provider. I chose to go with another glass company and I just had to return to get my inspection stickers put onto my new windshield.

"AC was installed by another company listed on Angie's in 2014. Without a maintenance agreement, they charged $89+tax just to come out and check the system. I was then told that the coil needed to be acid washed at a cost of an additional $207+tax. I thought this a bit much for a system that was not that old. Herring's had an offer on Angie's for $84.55 for a 20-point Tune-up including cleaning the coil. Andrew from Herring's checked out the system in the attic and the outside unit and found that the amount of coolant in the system was not what the manufacturer specified. He added two pounds and only charged for one pound @$80, in addition to the $89. He said the coil did not need cleaning. He also suggested we try using a thinner filter in the return vent to see if that helps. A friend has since told me that $80 per pound for coolant is steep, but since he gave one pound free it worked out about right. The AC seemed to be working much better, but the weather cooled down and we have not had 90+ degree days since then, In fact, it has been off for two days of cool weather. I will see how it does when we get another hot spell."

At first, I was skeptical about getting our vents cleaned out and was afraid it was a scam. I called around, read reviews on Angies List and saw that this company was rated the highest. I called Joel, the owner of the company, and was quickly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He answered all my questions-even the tough one's directly assessing if it was really worth it-and provided a very affordable quote right over the phone. He was flexible in scheduling, arrived on time and was consistently responsive to all calls. Joel and Terrance showed up at 7:00 am and worked until almost 8:00 pm-almost 13 hours straight! Despite the job taking double the expected time, Joel did not raise the price and maintained the initial quote. The reason it took so long was because our vents were a MESS and Joel wanted to make sure they did an excellent job, which they did. We've flooded in the past and our vents were covered with a thick, sticky layer of mud-like stuff (how did I not know this before!?!). Joel invited me to see the vents before and then again after so I witnessed first hand how much hard work they had to do. Before he started he asked all the right questions, explained the process and showed me what they did throughout the day. As a homeowner, I don't think I've ever had a more enjoyable and positive experience in terms of home maintenance than with this company. Joel owns the company, has so much pride in his work, and is genuinely concerned about doing an excellent job. He and Terrance displayed an admirable work ethic that is less common to see today. Furthermore, they were just great guys with wonderful interpersonal skills. My husband and I liked them so much we actually invited them to share dinner with us-which was fantastic. After 13 hours of work, Joel even offered to not charge us for an add on service they provided! I happily paid him anyway (their services were worth more than what they charged), but that was just another example of the wonderful honesty, integrity and professionalism that characterizes this company. Overall, I offer my unwavering support of this company. You will not be disappointed!

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
