He and his carpenter, James, always arrived on time and the ramp exceeded our expectations, it ties in great with our house and yard. We also needed handrails on our front porch so my husband could maneuver the two steps, Kurt and James installed them; the handrails were more work than expected (and not part of the original plan) but they persevered. "Our front doors are cherry wood with mahogany finish with embedded leaded glass and they are 20 years old.  We must maintain the wood every spring.  However, with the amount of rain we had this spring/summer we had to wait.  It was time.  I found Allen on Angie's List.  We called him on a Saturday and were very impressed with his promptness in giving us a free estimate the next day (Sunday) as my husband & I work.  The next Saturday he came to spot test the door to match the stain.  
Two days later, Allen came and prepped the doors and stained.  The next day he applied finish.  On top of that, he corrected some splits in the wood from age and weathering.  The overall completion was perfect!  The doors look brand new!  We'd had done in the past by others, but nothing compares to the absolute perfection performed by Allen.  We highly recommend him. "Steve & Stacie were phenomenal to work with. They beat all expectations I had for the job at hand. They worked as a team and knocked out 2 bathroom projects in just 3 days. They left no mess and they kept the dust and mud out of the rest of the house, which is a real plus in my book. I have 2 small children who always wanted to talk and play with the new faces in the house and they never once got aggravated with them. They played as they worked. I had a brand new tile shower installed by another company and steve and Stacie made sure to tape and cover everything up so that it didn’t get affected by mud or texture. They really take pride in what they do."

"Lewis and his helper did an excellent job. The driveway and sidewalks looked brand new after being pressure washed. The paint looks awesome! Lewis did a knockdown treatment in both of the bathrooms and they look fantastic. The house looked like new after they finished. Lewis is very detail oriented and made sure that even the smallest issues were taken care of. He took care of every additional thing I asked him to do without question. I would definitely recommend him. Lewis does quality work! I put my house up for sale shortly after it was painted and it sold in one day!

"Fantastic. Mr Dan Parks is the best contractor I have ever hired. He is hands on and does the work himself with his trusted skilled workers. We had a basic 3 foot cube for a shower. He built a complete new 6 foot long double shower with a bench seat. All new floor to ceiling porcelain tile, with rain forest spray. New Granite counter top, back splash and shower bench seat. Beautiful job! Clean, quick, organized and far under bid competitors. Dan Parks is a great guy and a former major and minor league baseball player. He does it all and I won't use anyone else!"
