He gave me a great price and on Monday his technician, Jeff, arrived on time to replace both. He did so in two hours and hooked everything up properly. I've done this work, so I know when it is right. Very courteous and very professional. Replaced the expansion tank as it was again as well upon his recommendation. "Heat exchanger had cracked on the old furnace. Had a slow carbon monoxide leak into my house. Once leak was discovered we immediately stopped using the furnace. Can't say enough about the Christian team. They didn't try to sell me a product i didn't need. They were extremely responsive to my initial call. The company also let me borrow two space heaters so that my house wouldn't freeze until the installation date. The installation itself went well with no major issues. Before leaving the installers went over all of the work completed and gave me a quick training on the new digital thermostat.

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
