"I ve never met so many people that were so professional and personable working for the same company. From the tech who initially diagnosed our system (Jeff) to the sales rep (Kevin) to the installer (Michael), they were all a pleasure to work with. Everyone was on time. They kept our home clean. They explained everything and answered all of our questions. All of them were extremely knowledgeable. And they stayed within our budget with no hidden costs. This was a complete install of an A/C and furnace to replace our 25 year old system. It was not a straight swap. They replaced old lines and even ran some new ones. They came out on Sunday and had a new one installed on Wednesday. I could not recommend them more."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"I would HIGHLY recommend Green Heating and Cooling, giving them a 5-star rating! "Keith and Bunnie, the dynamic duo who both truly represent the model of what a professional family business should entail, have gone above and beyond the call of duty to meet my family's HVAC needs again for a second time in less than a year. This time my family's HVAC servicing needs required installing a digital/automatic fan operating whole house humidifier and removing a dated bypass whole house humidifier as well as a furnace tune-up. The installation involved much wiring, retrofitting the ductwork to accommodate the new humidifier, a little drilling from inside the house to the outdoors to install the outdoor sensor. By my own standards I am a tough customer in terms of my expectations, due diligence(research/questions/vetting competitive bids), taking contractors to task to ensure their compentence level meets my expectations. Keith is very friendly, accommodating, and a highly skilled craftsman who treats his professional with tremendous pride - which has always been on full display on both occasions during service visits. During the installation, Keith as a courtesy tapped/tie in pointed my secondary backup condensation pipeline into the existing pipeline that discharges into my sump pump to avert possible water leaks. My sumpump is connected to a French Trough Drainage System. It appeared that my home was being serviced by 3 professionals in 1 ( HVAC, Electrician, and Plumber). I was and continue to be impressed with Keith's vast knowledge as a HVAC professional and I am equally impressed with his wife Bunnie who handles the administrative side of the business/direct contact with the public. She is a pleasure to speak with and consistently anticipates the needs of the customer. I highly recommend Airco Heating Cooling."

"I left the vehicle at the service station and a courtesy ride was provided to my residence. Vehicle was ready at agreed upon time. The vehicle passed inspection, but I also appreciated the manager bringing to my attention that the tires would likely require replacement before the next annual inspection.

"They did a good a fast job. Gave me some useful information about my humidifier and did not try to push me into buying a contract"

"My experience with PK Mechanical was outstanding. I called PK Mechanical and the owner came out that very afternoon and performed a thorough inspection and serviced the AC unit. The unit needed a replacement part which PK ordered immediately and installed when it arrived a week later. PK Mechanical followed up a couple of weeks later to check on the AC unit, which was now up and running to make great satisfaction. PK’s owner took a personal interest in making sure I was satisfied and I will definitely use PK Mechanical for all my future HVAC needs."

"I think it went okay. I don't know about the price. I just pay whatever they want. I don't know; it seems to be alright. I have my grandson come and work the thermostat a lot. I don't know if that needs help or whatever."

"Adding central air to an 18th century farmhouse with a separate attached apartment was a challenge. They did a great job, putting a high efficiency heat pump system upstairs , two minisplits downstairs, and two minisplits in the apartment (the latter was done a year after the initial job) The installation was done very well and all of the systems work great."

"Had a problem with my dryer and when the repair tech showed up he told me it was a vent issue and recommended Murphy's. They scheduled me up within a few days, confirmed, arrived on time, and finished up within and hour or so. They not only cleaned out my dryer vent, they repaired it in a way I would not have been able to and gave my wife and I some tips we were unaware of that will save the life of our dryer in the long-term. Their price was reasonable for the labor and the parts, they were totally professional and would recommend them to anyone needing dryer vent service. Thanks to both Pat and Josh - old fashioned great customer service and thanks to John at J & J TV and Appliance Repair for the connection."
