"Needed a furnace service before the heating season began towards the end of last year. Everyone was very helpful, we found out that my furnace wasn't working and the service tech got the parts ordered. It actually turned out that it was cheaper than originally quoted. Overall, great experience with the 3 or 4 of their techs I have seen over the last year or so."

"The only company that was willing to work on my A/C under the summer heat in the attic and did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problems. I'm really happy with the results."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Excellent service. They were close by, so arrived within 15 minutes.  Problem resolved quickly.  They were extremely pleasant and courteous, and were very nice with my dog.  I will be contacting them again should the need arise.

"Our business lost air conditioning, and Ambient sent a technician out the same day to see if they could get us up and running. Tim, the technician, was diligent in trying to get us running until a solution could be found. Unfortunately, our unit is just too old. Solid service and response time. If ownership chooses to replace the unit, they will be our guys without a doubt. The owner, Bryan, was very upfront on cost and potential solutions as we have a very, very old building. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable and polite."

"We called to make an appointment on Monday, January 21, for the plumber to come out and do this replacement work. The intake person, Norma, was friendly and professional, and she scheduled the appointment for that Friday, January 25. We opted for the 10-2 time window for the visit. The plumber, Jack, called us a little before 10:00 to say that he could come by a little early, if that was OK. It was fine with us, and he showed up and undertook the work. We didn't want to shop around in advance for the parts, so we explained to Norma what we were looking for and followed up with an email that she shared with the plumber in advance of the visit. Jack, the plumber showed up with good-quality replacement parts that met our requirements. We know we could have purchased these parts more cheaply on our own, but it saved us time and gas to just have the plumber "shop" for us and then do the replacement work. Though Saffer is on the expensive side, even with a coupon, we were pleased with both the parts and Jack's work."

"Fantastic. Quick response to my call and very flexible when I had to reschedule last minute. Thoroughly explained the problem and the repair options and suggested the most effective and least expensive choice. Really great service and incredibly quick. Fair price and professional and pleasant at the same time."

"I called them on Saturday to schedule service for Sunday. (We had a sewage backup and needed Saturday for cleaning up the mess.) I was informed over the phone what the cost of the initial service would be and different situations that could increase that cost. They arrived on time, fixed the issue and took care not to make more mess than was required. I genuinely liked both of the technicians and would not hesitate to call them again or recommend their service.

"I have used Continental Services for many years.   They are always on time, friendly and knowledgable.   My system is 17 years old and I plan to use Continental when it comes time to upgrade to a newer system.
