"I called Bob in the morning and he sent Tom out by 10:00 am and the job was finished by 12:00.  Tom expalined to me the ceiling below needed to be cut to access the 2nd floor toilet pipe.  The pipe was to be cut and the entire cut segment including the toilet flange was to be removed and replaced with new.  I trusted Tom and he absolutely came through with a great repair job!  I was very nervous about about the job as it seemed overwhelming to me.  Tom did his work and everything worked out great!  I absolutely recommend Glenoak Plumbing for any work needed...Could not be more pleased!!!
