"I hired this crew to replace some old ductwork & add a couple vents. Wish I did it sooner. The estimator actually listened to what was going on, crawled the attic/basement, took pics, and explained what was leaking vs. undersized. The quote was clear, not the cheapest, not the highest, & they stuck to it. No weird upsells. Install day, they showed up on time, laid down drop cloths, and got right to it. They swapped a few crushed flex runs for rigid metal, sealed every joint with mastic (not just tape), insulated the attic runs, and added a proper return. They also put in balancing dampers so each room could be tweaked. Little touches too: they fixed a wobbly register I forgot to mention and cleaned up as they went. Place looked better when they left. The difference is real. Airflow is stronger but quieter, rooms are finally the same temp, and the system isn?t working as hard. Even the dust in the house seems better. They walked me through everything!"

"We recently had a new system installed by Trustwell Heating and Cooling and could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Tim and his team were on time, respectful of our home, and kept the work area extremely clean throughout the install. The pricing was fair and clearly explained, and the quality of the work really shows. The system is running great and we feel confident it was installed the right way. It is refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in their craftsmanship and truly cares about doing things right. I would highly recommend Trustwell Heating and Cooling for any installation or HVAC work."

"4/29/23 Christian tech checks our our home AC. He notes the cooling coils are rusty, a source of coolant leak, and the system, at 14 years age, is near it's end of life. He also noted some mold in the blower blades, which isn't easily seen. He put pressure gauges on the system at outside valves and reported coolant pressure was good. System was test run successfully. He sold us a 1 year maintenance agreement. 6/2/23 outside temp reaches 93 deg. We turned on the AC and only warm air came out. Outside compressor WOULD NOT RUN. We had Christian rep come out. He said all coolant had leaked out. He offered a leak test with dye for $510, or replace the "rusted" coil for at least $3681. We declined. A Christian salesman later quoted a full system replacement. We had another AC company investigate. He found the outside valves HAND TIGHT ONLY, which would allow coolant leak. We had him pressure test with nitrogen over a 4 day weekend, which he charged ONLY a $149 service call. Starting psi over 300. Psi after 4 days over 300 psi. We had him recharge the system. He noted that coils are rusty within 6 months from new. We then had him recharge the system. Total costs with labor & visits both companies $1,595. 7/11/23 Date writing this review. AC working well, same electric power usage for air temps as prior years. Christian seems more interested in selling new systems. Giving benefit of doubt, their 4/29 "technician" was incompetent."

"I had an extremely frustrating experience with East Coast Comfort regarding a split AC/heat system. I first contacted them in July when the AC was not working properly. In October, after speaking with my HOA, I was told the unit was under warranty, which East Coast Comfort confirmed. Technicians came out, but the system only worked briefly before failing again. During the visit, one technician seemed unfamiliar with basic operation of the unit, and another stepped on my bed with dirty shoes, which I found unprofessional. In November, I was told there was a leak and a faulty sensor, but the issue was not fully resolved. Now, its a Christmas, and I am cold in my apartment, and East Coast wants more money for their visit, for something that they never fixed."
