We have fully stocked plumbing trucks and experienced technicians ready to accommodate each customer's needs in each *county* every day (* Berks, Chester, Lancaster,Lehigh and Montgomery*). You will always see the same service professional and get to develop a great professional relationship with you plumber! Our office is small but very efficient, you'll actually get to speak to a real person and not a machine. Our office is open 9am-5pm week days and 9am-2pm Saturdays but when the office is closed, calls are forwarded directly to the Owner's mobile phone! You will always be taken care of immediately, 24 hours/7 days a week. In addition to plumbing, we offer customized water treatment options, such as water softeners, iron breakers, purified water systems, bacteria removal systems and well services. We also do bathroom renovations. No job is too big or too small.

"4/29/23 Christian tech checks our our home AC. He notes the cooling coils are rusty, a source of coolant leak, and the system, at 14 years age, is near it's end of life. He also noted some mold in the blower blades, which isn't easily seen. He put pressure gauges on the system at outside valves and reported coolant pressure was good. System was test run successfully. He sold us a 1 year maintenance agreement. 6/2/23 outside temp reaches 93 deg. We turned on the AC and only warm air came out. Outside compressor WOULD NOT RUN. We had Christian rep come out. He said all coolant had leaked out. He offered a leak test with dye for $510, or replace the "rusted" coil for at least $3681. We declined. A Christian salesman later quoted a full system replacement. We had another AC company investigate. He found the outside valves HAND TIGHT ONLY, which would allow coolant leak. We had him pressure test with nitrogen over a 4 day weekend, which he charged ONLY a $149 service call. Starting psi over 300. Psi after 4 days over 300 psi. We had him recharge the system. He noted that coils are rusty within 6 months from new. We then had him recharge the system. Total costs with labor & visits both companies $1,595. 7/11/23 Date writing this review. AC working well, same electric power usage for air temps as prior years. Christian seems more interested in selling new systems. Giving benefit of doubt, their 4/29 "technician" was incompetent."

"Joe W. was very knowledgeable, prompt, professional and honest. I got the distinct impression that he was not trying to up-sell us into something we didn't need just to make some extra money. Workmanship appears to be top-notch and the improvement in our water quality was immediate and very noticeable. Customer service after the install was outstanding as well - I called with some follow up questions a week later and he called me right back in less than 10 minutes (couldn't answer right when I called because he was in the middle of another install job). I would trust him to do work inside my house as he seems extremely honest and reputable. Price is good and being able to support a small, local, family-owned business is huge bonus for us too. Look no further - this is your guy for water quality issues and fantastic service."

"Used AJ Perri in past satisfactorily but now... Furnace checkup rattling sound, tech said was due to inducer fan motor needs replacing (ball bearings). Signed agreement for $2,300, they were going to order a replacement, paid $1,175 deposit. Cancelled work before the tech left as we were going to have it done later - also looked up the cost of said motor on the manufacturer web site only $209! Billing department unavailable to have the "pending" charge removed from checking acct. Found cancellation form in paperwork, only includes mailing address with a 3 day only grace period (?). Unable to fax form as a fax # (on a different form only) just rings & rings. Had to scan and email form to general "info" address. Unable to get through to billing dept, never available. Given direct phone # for said dept which gives a recording "voice mailbox not set up" then disconnects. Homeowner fixed all rattling noises for $0 - was only loose screw inside fan motor mounting bracket. Not refunded yet."
