"Just moved to Charlotte and heard from a neighbor about water treatment. Was slightly interested and did a little research and looked at the benefits of having a system and made the call. Very easy to set an appointment after a few questions about water quality and the technician came out and was great. Very personable and professional. Answered all questions I had and educated me and my wife about water treatment. Agreed to the price and made the deal. Installation was done two days later and has been a complete game changer. Never had better showers, can drink water straight from the tap, food tastes better. I would absolutely recommend (and have) to anyone. 5/5"

He tested our water for different issues then based on his information recommended several different options from an under sink system in the kitchen to various whole house systems. He gave us the pros and cons of each system and we made a decision to install a whole house system. System is now installed and working."

"The whole house plumbing inspection I was satisfied with, but they refused to do the other part of the deal with the water heater flush. Which was the only reason I bought the deal. They said it was too old and they might brake it. Even when I asked them too even if it broke, they still wouldnt do it. I was very displeased with the overall service."
