"Before we closed on our property we contacted several HVAC companies for quote for the cost to replace a dead heat pump.  Jim from Irish Air was the most responsive, and most trustful.  He was able to meet with us on specific time at the property.  After checking the heat pump unit and furnace and considering our needs, he discussed different options with us, and within one day emailed us the written quote for the option we chose.  He was able to send his crew to install the heat pump unit as soon as we closed on the property.  The installation job was done very professionally.  We have been very happy with the new heat pump, and with Irish Air. "

I called Bassett to see if by chance someone could make it out that day, or at least I could get on their schedule right when I returned. She checked with one of their service crew to see if he could swing by my house right after he was done with his current client.
