"On the 27th of April 2022, Rob and Seth of Maynor Services installed my new Trane Gas Pack HVAC system. Both actually showed up early and were waiting out front before our appointment. We talked briefly about what they were going to be doing and they got right to work. You could tell that they’d worked together as a team for a while as they both tackled different areas without any discussion. Seth even dug up and moved two shrubs to make room for removing the old unit and installing the new unit. At the end, he replanted them and both shrubs have survived like they were never disturbed. They removed all the old equipment, including stuff under the house without a trace. The new unit went in perfectly and the sheet metal covering the ducts and attaching everything back to the house looked so much better and more professional than the old installation. Rob only had to come into the house just a couple of times; to remove the old control system and thermostats and install the new thermostats. It was a full day’s work for Rob and Seth, but the results were perfect. Both were very personable and I would highly recommend them as team to install Trane equipment to anyone. I’ve used Maynor for preventive maintenance on my old equipment for two years leading up to replacing my 16-year-old system and kept it operating perfectly, but now, before it really gets hot and while equipment was available seemed to be the smart time to make an upgrade."

"Before the service visit the dispatcher had asked for the make and model of my refrigerator so they <br /> would be sure to have any parts needed.  The technician arrived on time and was very neat with his work. <br /> He took everything out of my freezer, placed the items in a plastic tub I provided.  He removed the liner of the freezer compartment and then defrosted and vacuumed out the drain. He added a heater to keep it from freezing up.  It took less than an hour for the work and he put everything back in place as well as adding a screw that he noticed was missing from the freezer.  I was very pleased and impressed with the work as well as the price.  I wish I'd gotten in touch with them earlier.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. "Short: Had them replace my upstairs full HVAC system, completely walked through all possible options to make it perfect and extremely happy with every single employee that I came in contact with from Jon the owner, to Jordy the air flow expert to the installers Wayne and Kevin. Will only use them for service/maintenance/issues going forward. Long: We had a different AC company come out for a tune up, they said that our blower needed to be replaced and that there was mold found. It was going to be close to $1k to replace so I started looking at replacing the whole system since it was 10 years old. Comfort Monster came out and actually showed me the system and that there wasn't any mold or growth that he could find. He told me in his opinion the system looked exactly like a 10 year old system should and there wasn't anything that needed to be done. He stated flat out he wouldn't suggest doing anything instead of trying to sell me on anything. I work from home full time and it gets really uncomfortable so I made the decision to do it anyway. Jon was in contact with me and gave me an awesome price on an amazing system. Jordy came out and walked through everything I could do to improve the system from increasing/decreasing ducts in the attic to adding a media filter. I had never heard of a media filter, but went with it because I wasn't changing my filters in the 12 foot ceilings like I should have. Installers were awesome. So courteous, they actually put down a plastic strip up our stairs so as not to track anything. In addition put down protection under the attic so as not to damage the floors. Extremely happy with the whole experience, will be recommending them to everybody."
