"Ryan, one of their technicians, came to the house a day after I contacted them. I accepted their proposal and they gave me several options for days to schedule the work. On the scheduled day, I received two or three updates as to the time the technician (Ryan again) would arrive. He completed the work (replace a gas hot water tank) in a timely manner and with minimal disturbance. He also had placed protective floor coverings from the entranceway to the work area. "I purchased their RO system. I like it very much, but the water tastes slightly different than expected. I'd say a little metallic, but perhaps I don't know what good water should taste like. Also, I wasn't aware that 2 cups of water are wasted for every cup of filtered RO water. This isn't a big issue since I'd be purchasing RO water in wasteful containers elsewhere and schlepping it home. Overall though, I'm very happy with the system and would highly recommend Gordon Brothers. A little pricier than other systems, but it's clear the product is superior to others. And since installation is included, I didn't have to pay separately for a plumber or hassle with having a quartz counter installer come out to drill a hole for the faucet. Their installer really knew what he was doing and was very polite and professional."
