"Johnny located the clog (it was not where I expected it to be) and cleared it completely. He ran snakes from two different locations to achieve success. He spent a lot of time following up the snakes with water flow tests to make sure the clog was completely gone and that drainage was unimpeded. He recommended some changes to the under-sink plumbing, which we will probably contact Zoom Drain to do at a later date. He also left us with a drain treatment chemical with instructions on how much and how often to apply it. He was very professional and pleasant. Very customer oriented."

He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones. There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through. He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area. "Started with my bathroom toilet that would not drain.  I was unsuccessful so call experts,.  they ended up putting a scope and found that my iron pluming was flaking and needed jet blasting to restore to clean.  they asked about our main line.  We usually have trouble every year or so do to a large tree that has roots going into the main line.  They scoped the main line to the street and found a big root in our pipe that took up most of the pipe.  A couple of loads of wash and it would have backed up.  solution was to dig down 7 feet by our sidewalk were the root was and replace the pipe.  When they got down there the replaced the pipe and scoped to the street and found some more roots and it was clay back to out clean out  which was about 15 feet from the first hole.  They could sleeve to the street but we have a weak link in the clay to the clean out.  So we opted to do a non trench, replace the clay, sleeve the to the street and jet the house.  <br />"
