"We hired Dave for a water heater replacement in our condo. His price was competitive and he showed up on time. The water heater replacement went fine but the next morning there was no water in the unit. The apartment complex stated that the plumber must have left the door open to the water valve closet for the building which resulted in a pipe bursting (cold weather) for my unit. I called Dave and explained the situation. He immediately came back that morning and took responsibility for fixing the burst pipe at no charge to me. He didnt have to do this and there was no way to prove that burst pipe was due to his crew's leaving the door open, but Dave was professional and a man of his word and fixed the issue for me. Because of this I will hire Dave again and highly recommend him to others that are looking for a honest professional plumber."

They called me 5 minutes after I submitted the request and were at my house in less than an hour. He checked it out and gave me a very reasonable price. "Overcharged to replace a kitchen faucet and bathroom tub spout. Pro that came was really nice & professional but company charged me $800 to replace one faucet and one spout. Was told price to replace kitchen faucet was $500 because they needed to replace the pipes as well. Pipes were not replaced. They just cleaned my existing pipe off. Bathroom tub spout was replaced. Paid close to $300 because they had to cut a small piece of the pipe in order to fit the new spout on the pipe because the pipe was too long to fit it. Invoice receipt had no price breakdown (parts & labor) just total cost."

"I recommend harvey as we called him at 10 pm for a busted water pipe in my moms house he answer my call and stated dont worry im on my way he then turn off the main water valve told my mom dont worry you be ok he found the broken pipe went to his van got materials needed and fix the problem my mom was back up and running he then clean up the water on the floor dried up the area turn on the water and told my mom all set. "They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"
