"They did not have the courage to call me and tell me they were going to be late. I waited from 11 am to 3Pm for them but no one came . I call the office and it was indicated that my name was not in their computer but funny that after half an hour , one of their workers called me and say that he was waiting and no one was home. "Apex Plumbing employees, James and Zach, came to my house to repair a water leak that stopped all water service to my house. James came and cleared the lawn covering my pipes. Then Zach came, located the leak and replaced the water pipe serving my house. Unfortnately, The meter showed a continuing leak. James crawled under my house and found an unknown second leak. They eliminated that pipe leak under my house. I now have full water service to my house with no more leaks. Thank you Zach and James for a complete repair of known and unknown leaks. Good job!"

"Everything was done professionally and efficiently. I would use them again. Only question mark is the cost. To change outdoor faucet, the total bill was $386.00 plus small charged to us my credit card which brought to $411.00. I understood the $89 service charge; the part could not be more than $35 so rest was the cost of labor. I should have shopped around for better price. That would be my only disappointment. "

"Sean seems respectable and is trying to be a good business man and a quality plumber. The overflow line that drains to the pan was installed too far out and would not reach the pan. He repositioned it only by moving it closer by hand, but it can easily, swing back under pressure from the water, and move out of reach of the pan and flood the area and the floor below. It should have been recut and positioned closer to the water heater. Although he was reluctant to provide a short term warranty on just his labor, he did agree finally to a 30 day warranty. His father interceeded and told his son not to issue the warranty and the father threatened to go back inside and take apart the work that was done unless I paid them immediately. This is not allowed by law to do this. His father was totally disrespectable, aggressive, and unethical, and if I have Sean do any futher work for me in the future, which I may, his father will not be allowed to come on the property."
