"Erick and his crew took out our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and replaced the oven hood in the kitchen. They replaced the old wooden baseboards (which had mold) and toilets in the bathroom. They also installed a water softener and replaced our water heater. Erick and his workmen were extremely kind and polite, being perfect gentlemen while in our condo. While installing the new toilet when they noticed an issue that could cause water to leak to the unit below our Erick sought to remedy the situation so that would not occur and his crew worked late to fix the crack and install the new toilet. Erick was flexible and was willing to incorporate any changes we needed. When the work was completed, Erick only charged us the amount of his original quote. We plan to contact Arcadia in the future for additional work we need to have done."

"I want to thank Dre for taking the time to do a thorough AC inspection today, in conjunction with JJ Hall. Dre was called in to make absolutely sure we had no leaks in our system. While he was here, he did discover some black mold (my words) in the area of the evaporator coil, and was able to recommend a UV light to rectify the problem. We have an air purifier installed in the system before the air reaches the furnace and coil, and have had our ductwork cleaned fairly recently, but my allergies haven't improved. Dre's recommendation is that the UV light will treat the air (and all particles in the area) AFTER passing through the furnace, and will get rid of the mold. We're having it installed next month, and I'm hopeful that my sinuses will be happy. Thank you, Dre, for your excellent detective work and discovering the source of the problem! We appreciate you!"

"Our central air conditioner stopped running, and I called Sharp-Long because they had originally installed the system and had periodically provided maintenance on it in the past. The owner, J.C. Crossley, went out of his way to send a service employee to look at the problem within an hour (it was at the end of the day).  The employee, who was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, determined that the coolant had all leaked out, re-charged the system with recycled coolant for free and ran tests preliminary to determining whether we could claim a utility rebate when we replaced the system.  I was extremely grateful for the courtesy extended by Mr. Crossley and strongly considered his bid for replacement, but in the end we did select another bidder. I offered to pay Mr. Crossley for the service call, but he declined the offer.

"While having my siding removed and replaced, decided to insulate the exterior walls. They coordinated with the painter and checked the weather for when the project could be done. Also, the estimate was given several months in advance and was still honored once the project got going. They needed to come out twice to install the insulation because the siding took time to come off the house, but they were more than willing to work with the painter's schedule to make sure things got done in a timely fashion. Friendly folks who take time to answer questions and did excellent work getting the house insulated and now operating efficiently."

"Bo and Bryan arrived promptly at 8:00am to install my new furnace. They removed the 15 year old furnace and set the new one in place. It was slightly smaller than the old furnace so they had to fabricate a new transition between the cooling coil casing and the furnace. They completed the wiring including the control wiring for the humidifier. They programed the controls and test fired the furnace. They were finished about noon. They thoroughly cleaned the area. The installation looks great. Both Bo and Bryan were very friendly and cooperative with how I wanted the installation completed. I will definitely use Mission Plumbing heating & Cooling for my future HVAC services. I am extremely satisfied with the job they provided."
