"The Roto-Rooter plumber was great and explained everything clearly. He fixed the issue and left everything neat and clean. The reason for the 4 star is they were supposed to call 30 mins before arrival. They showed up without calling and I had to rush home from work. The 4 stars is also due to sticker shock (no fault of the plumber). Original quote was $720 for a clogged drain. They knocked it down to $500 with only a 30 day warranty rather than 6 month. He found the clog at 35’ (10’ beyond my 25’ snake) in less than 20 mins. I now know I can get a 125’ power snake with all the different pipe size attachments for $300. I do appreciate the promptness of Roto Rooter, ease of scheduling, and fixing the issue right away, but I will invest in my own 100’ snake before spending $500 for 20 mins of labor (not including their travel). Thanks Roto Rooter for jumping on this and fixing the issue in less than 24 hours after contacting you."

"Always late or never turned up, he gave every excuse under the sun. Workmanship was very poor, he always left a mess that we ended up cleaning up afterwards. Still not finished the job after 4 months and we ended up hiring someone else to finish and redo the poor remodel and trim."

"My water softener was not working. Wayne came out and told me he care for the problem. He gave me a 30 day guarantee. After about 3 weeks told him it wasn’t working still he told me to get crystal salt not pellet I did that. Still nothing he told me he’d come back out and never showed up. After countless tries (which I have text message to prove) to get him to care for this I hired another plumber that actually did the work and got me a working water softener! I feel ripped off and taken advantage of!"

"I honestly wanted to spend $$$$.00 on replacing my Marlo Clear Flo II system or rebedding it which wasn't working properly. He convinced me that I didnt need that high end of system based on water test that he performed. He configured my water softener firmware to regen less as it was using tons of salt. Wanted me to try that for a month and if it didnt fix the issue he would come back to sell a single tank oxydizer/resin. I wanted to spend money and he didnt want me to waste it. He's my plumber for the rest of my life! You won't find a more honest and knowledgeable plumber with Marlo Softeners and water systems. He is the son-in-law of Anthony Peters who worked on my Marlo Softeners like 10+ years ago."
