He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. The attic is very difficult to work in due to the low ceiling and they did a great job, no cracks in the ceiling or anything. I also ended up with a "super deck" which is a platform with foam underneath giving me some more storage space that I desperately needed. I can see now that my neighbors house has icicles (which can signal an impending ice dam), and I have none. "The repair person, Keith, came a couple weeks ago and had to order the defroster for the refrigerator.  The part was delayed coming but the technician came back once (without charge) just to manually thaw out the coils so the refrigerator would continue to cool properly.  The part was installed today and the refrigerator runs great.  He explained what was going on, exactly what it would cost, and tried to keep me informed as to the part's arrival and installation.  I would definitely recommend their services!
