"I called on Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Kurt called before our appointment time to say his last appointment had run over and he would be a little late which we greatly appreciated. He arrived, inspected our basement, checking humidity levels, moisture readings in the walls & floors etc. He believed our problem could be solved by lowering the humidity level with a de-humidifier. Recommended a couple of brands, where to place them etc. We are following all his advice and hopefully will not have a mold problem again, but if we ever do, I would not hesitate to call Kurt back.

They did a little things like making sure to put on shoe covers every time they came inside the house and making sure to tarp over clothes in the closet where the access door was for the attic. The carrier system that they installed comes with a 10 year parts warranty and a 20 year heat exchanger warranty. They also provide free maintenance for up to a year as part of the installation.
