"gas line was not hooked up all way and water line the elbow still leaking on the water line and he didn't fasten pipe to the wall the tank you didn't secure the hot water tank. And tried to reach out to him he do not answer the call."

He was very informative and knowledgeable about the process and the pricing was extremely reasonable than what I have been quoted in the past.
