Juan and Ray arrived in the afternoon, evaluated the situation, and confirmed that the opener was beyond repair. They quoted me a very good price for removing and replacing it with a new (Top of the Line) opener. I accepted the offer and they PROMPTLY began removing the old opener (including rail and chain) and began installing the new equipment. I think it might have taken them 2 hours or less to complete the project. Besides being cordial, knowledgeable, and approachable, they did an outstanding job! He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

I had several companies come to my home to quote replacing all my sliding glass doors and windows with EGS doors and windows and did not feel comfortable with any of them.
