"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"The work was great. They did great work. It was well done. We had small issue which we were able to resolve. I had told them to go to my daughter's house, tell us, call us and let us know which was wrong. I would decide if I wanted the work done or not. The guy went. He did the work. He wanted a hundred fifty bucks. They called my husband and wanted the credit number. He was like, "Wait a minute. Nobody asked if we wanted the work done." I called them. I talked to the lady who was in charge. She said that my daughter permitted the work. I said I was very clear and that my daughter is 20 years old. Whatever you tell her it needs, she's going to say okay. They have to go through my husband and me. They admitted that there was a miscommunication. They had not told the technician that he was supposed to ask for permission first from my husband or me. It was a little dicey at the beginning. I told her I would pay or something. I didn't expect it for free but she said they would do it for free. The work was done very well. It was a little difficult getting through it. It was fine. I would use them again. They were good. They tried to charge me more. That's why they wanted the credit number. I mean, $100 to clean out a water line and pour some bleach in it? The guy was there for 10 minutes. They were supposed to ask us first. For what he did, the price was reasonable, but he tried to charge me $150. They did a great job. They came when they were supposed to be."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"My experience with them is very good. I like everything about them or else I wouldn't use them. Their customer service is very good, the technicians are very competent, they are reasonable, and they are neighbors basically. I've been using their services for eight years now."

FAQs for central a/c service or repair projects in Pooler, GA

Coils work to absorb heat into the refrigerant that flows through them, moving heat from one location to another. For air conditioning, the evaporator coil inside the air handler in your home absorbs heat. It then transfers the heat outside to the condenser coil, where it releases it. The opposite process happens for heat pumps. When the coils get dusty and dirty, it reduces how well these components work.

Skip regular cleanings, and dirt, debris, and mineral deposits will blanket your evaporator and condenser coils. When that happens, the coils can’t shed heat efficiently, so the system works harder and your energy bill climbs. Over time, overheating strains the compressor and can trigger a full breakdown—an avoidable repair that often costs far more than a simple annual cleaning.

AC coil cleaning is an investment that pays for itself in the benefits it provides. Dust‑caked coils force your AC to run longer, so you spend more on electricity and rack up extra wear. A quick professional cleaning restores efficiency, trims monthly bills, and eases strain on expensive parts. Over the long haul, that small yearly fee delays pricy repairs and stretches the unit’s lifespan, making coil cleaning one of the smartest HVAC tune‑ups you can schedule.

Watch for higher electric bills, rooms that stay warm no matter how low you set the thermostat, or an AC system that runs nonstop. Extra humidity and frost on the coils are also red flags. Catching these clues early lets you schedule a quick cleaning before the system overworks itself and triggers an expensive breakdown.

Your AC cleaning technician starts by shutting off the power to the unit and removing the faceplate. Compressed air and a vacuum hose blast away loose debris, followed by a coil-safe, no-rinse cleaner that dissolves stubborn grime. After the solution has soaked in, the professional wipes the fins, reassembles the housing, and restores power, leaving the system ready to cool at peak efficiency.
