"INTEGRITY scheduled the panel replacement, called to verify the time of arrival and estimated the amount of time that the project would take.  Derek arrived on schedule, assessed what needed to be purchased from the local Home Depot to complete the project and completed the project on time.  He was friendly, courteous and very competent.  Derek is a very neat person and the area where he installed the new panel was meticulous when he left.  I wouldn't hesitate in using this company again.  A+
