I did not receive call backs in a timely manner. In addition, I learned after hiring a different company for repairs that Larry Pearson's team incorrectly wired one of our two new A/C units during the initial install. This resulted in a false error code being sent by the unit. This review updates an earlier, more positive one."

"Our fridge is 12 years old, and when the ice cream melted we panicked and thought we'd need a new one. But first we consulted Angie's List and chose Coldapplianceman Corporation to do our repair. Mr. Brown responded to our call immediately, but couldn't make it until the next day due to the lateness of the hour. We scheduled to be the first appointment of his day, 8:30am. Unfortunately, he had to wait for some parts and was delayed an hour. Once here, Mr. Brown was efficient, and after listening to me describe the problem, got to work diagnosing the problem. Functioning easily in a very tight space behind our refrigerator (Mr. Brown is not a small man), he quickly eliminated the dreaded compressor possibility and climbed out from behind. Next he checked the temperature control board, where he found the problem. Luckily, he had the part in his truck, which he installed and the fridge has been working great ever since. We would definitely call him again and have already recommended him to our neighbors.

"I got home at 11:30 P.M. and house was at 95*. I called Larry at Trost Heating and Cooling. Larry came to my home at midnight, diagnosed the problem and replaced the fan within 30 to 45 minutes. "Great. Jose was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Came late the same day to help. Looked over everything and located the issue. Kept me informed throughout the process and showed me exactly what he saw. Fixed the problem. He could have probably told me it was my thermostat, but he didn't. He was honest and told me he would fixed what appeared to be the problem and waited until after that to access the thermostat. Saved me $200, since it wasn't the thermostat. Very happy with the service this company has provided. They are very honest and hard working."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Everyone at Bowen from the owner Ken Sr., to his son Kenny Jr, and Derrick, and Jose, and Holly, and the rest of the team, will make you feel like one of the family. They will give you honest and smart advice about how to handle all of your AC needs. And during the service calls, you don't have to worry about them exaggerating your issues and recommending repairs that aren't needed. I won't make the mistake of calling any other company again."
