He came and looked at the kitchen and bathroom, he stated that he will do everything and that everything was included, he came me a place to go and place an order for cabinets and bathroom supplies, I went and then he came back to take measurements and then stated that I would have to buy everything myself, then I said no just do the bathroom and gave him a check for 30,000. He never sent the kitchen layout and when my family looked over the contract, he stated that he had to remove counter tops and there were none to remove and the work that he was going to do was not what he stated. He texted that he was going to call me back and never did."

Gene’s strength is to work collaboratively with his client to ensure the project meets the customer’s expectation. This project changed a couple of times based on what we found during demolition.
