"The furnace went out just before the Thanksgiving holiday and I was expecting family over for the weekend. I contacted Cummins and they were able to come out the day after. They said they would be able to repair my furnace but indicated that it was fairly close to end of life. For the price of repair, they recommended a replacement. Since I were to replace the furnace I always wanted to have AC and they gave me a great deal on both. They were able to replace my furnace the same day and returned a couple of weeks later to install the AC unit. However, shortly after my guests left after the holiday they furnace failed. I called them to let them know it wasn't working, so they send someone out to look at it. I explained my disappointment but assured me they would make it right. They ended up replacing the circuit board and the thermostat. Even though I experienced a bit of a hiccup, they were very easy to work with and stood behind their work and product. Everyone at the company that I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. I am happy with the results thus far and would recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a furnace and/or AC unit."

The person took the time to educate me about what had to be done to replace the hot water tank and why it needed to be put in a certain way. Person also took the time to teach me how to maintain the hot water tank. "Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."

"The service couldn't have gone better or more efficiently. Three days after we received and accepted the estimate the cleaning crew was out and ready to begin work. Due to the steepness of the roof and having to take extra safety precautions the work took a little bit longer than estimated. We were kept informed as to the progress and were given an acceptable schedule for the follow up on the second day. The crew was on time and extremely professional. They also pointed out a few problem areas on our roof that need to be addressed before the heavy winter rains begin."
