"I've been a loyal customer with fabulous owner, Josh Roberts, and wonderful company, Air Doc's since he first started. In the beginng, he personally came for 6 month service on my old unit. Also, when repairs were needed, he replaced parts. One time when it was @ 90* weather, the part wasn't available & he said he would make sure I would be coool. He drove to PSL from Vero & back in rush hour. He stayed til it was installed and the air working til @ 7 p.m. He didn't charge extra, missed dinner. and made sure it was coool. That's why I call his team the coool guys. When I needed a new unit, he explained all the things I might need and spent time explaining reasons & costs. I even upgraded to a larger unit, had larger pipes installed, UV light, service contract, etc. Josh was right @ everything and my FPL bill is almost half now, as well as saving $$ on any future servies & repairs. "We bought a home that unfortunately had 2 units over 20 years old. We received a letter and coupon from Service Star for annual maintenance (addressed to previous owner). We had not been having any issues with our AC but thought maintenance was pretty important, especially with summer coming. Louis came out on Tuesday, April 28th and did a thorough inspection of our units. He was very friendly, engaging and we felt confident and convinced that he was quite knowledgeable in this field. Turns out there were big issues with our unit including the huge mold issue, coil issue, fire hazard issues, etc. (yikes!). Our units were working pretty hard and getting pretty hot and there was zero efficiency going on. Basically, the life of our units had come to an end. We opted to replace the units and he gave us a pretty good deal which included upgrading the digital thermostats (pretty awesome!). My husband is a vet so there was a nice discount I appreciated how he explained everything to us and outlined what replacing the units entailed. We were pleasantly surprised that they had the units available and could start the work that day! There was a two-person crew that came in around 3:30 and was completely done and cleaned up by 10:30 pm. No small project. They were professional, competent and worked diligently to completion. We were quite impressed and what a big difference in the quality of air! We can say enough good things about Service Star, we definitely recommend them for all HVAC needs. GREAT job Service Star. Triple-A rating!!"

"Anthony was the last contractor who made the estimate. The first was at $13,200 to replace 6 ducts and plenum, second at $5700 for the same job. The third one was at $6000 to replace every duct in the house . Anthony price was $2000 for the same work, it was done in 2 hours and there was $300 refund as it was determined that replacement of one of the ducts was not necessary! Not only I recommend them highly, but from now on will use A Kool Saver for ALL my HVAC needs in all houses I have."

"It was expensive but he did a lot of things for us! He was prompt, came when he said he would and completed the whole job when he said he would. He put all new duct work in my attic after removing the insulation to smoke out the rats and then even did new soffits. He gave us a 5 year warranty and had another company come and blow in new insulation. Other companies were only ever able to do temporary fixes but with him, we feel we got it taken care of finally."
