"After downsizing we were in need of a space for our books, dvds, and photo albums.  Carl came up with the solution for our sitting room.  His solution also saved us space by mounting the television on the newly built unit.
Carl was punctual, pleasant and worked barely stopping for lunch.  I asked him to make some alterations to his design while he was building the unit and he had no problem with it.  I would highly recommend him.  We are thrilled with the finished result!

"We worked with Greg Luebbe at Total Home Roofing. He inspected our roof and pointed out a few issues with our gutter system and some flashing we were not aware of. He walked us through the process from the building materials all the way to picking a few colors that would look good on our house. We were very impressed with the quality, price, warranty, and professionalism from Total Home Roofing. We can't wait to get our new roof!"

"That's the most ethical we have built five homes, that's the most ethical builder that we've ever come across. This was a rebuild we're done building homes, but if we were to rebuild or build a new one, yes we would use him again. We have warranties for a year and following it. We had a full-time on site supervisor."

"I called 4 companies, two showed up. The company from Palm Beach was pushy and very high pressure. Gulfstream was second and unbeleivably nice. They took there time with me and literally walk around my house and explained what they would do to every window and door on the house. He showed me samples, colors and different options. He wrote the estimate right then and there, sold me the job, pulled a building permit, sent a field engineer to my home to check everything, did the job, passed inspection and now I'm ready for what ever come my way. I could not be any happier."

"We got 4 quotes to do the work.  Brian's was the most reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done so we decided to take a chance and go with another contractor.  You can never have too many good ones right?
We needed the work done before Christmas so he was very accomodating in working us in with another project that he had going on at an apartment building.  I liked the fact that 95% of the work is done by Brian and he is always onsite.  He is very meticulous which also means he doesnt rush through it and makes sure it is done right.  If your looking for somone to rush through it and not care too much about the details, then Brian is not for you.  Brian purchased most of the supplies and gave me receipts to pay him excpet for the doors I purchased at a building store."

"The staff was helpful and friendly.  Many very good suggestions were made as the project progressed.  The general contractor, Frank, helped me pick out flooring and granite.  For the most part the projects were completed in the time frame agreed to with rainy weather interfering with some of the work.
I did learn one lesson.  I was a new Florida homeowner and did not realize the building regulations in Florida state that the homeowner is responsible for the payment to any sub-contractor.  The homeowner needs to know who will be working on the house and check Angie's List for all of the sub-contractors.  I had the threat of a lien put on my house because a roofing sub-contractor did not do the job completely and payment was withheld by the general contractor until all permits were pulled, inspected  and work completed.  The sub-contractor was allowed to come after me for payment instead of the general contractor.  Luckily the general contractor was successful at getting everything done.  There is contract wording that can protect you from this.  This is important to understand if you have any work done in Florida."
