When I met with Dan Kelly for the estimate he was on time, wore his mask and we did a walk-through inside the basement and outside the perimeter of my home. He asked me exactly what I would like done and how Basement Gurus could help. Dan offered me different options, was very informative and showed me what materials they use compare to others. We sat down and reviewed the cost of options and set the install date, he also mentioned that they had a finance option in case I needed it. Dan was very professional, treated me like if we knew each other for years and NOT pushy at all to sell me on his product. Once the date was set, his crew came in early in the morning and was done the same day. Very happy with my decision, not had a leak since and have peace of mind. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
